2. Product Information and Custom Orders

• FRCH specializes in custom-made furniture based on client specifications.

• Product descriptions, images, and samples are for reference only. Final products may vary slightly due to craftsmanship, material variations, or custom adjustments.

• By placing an order, you confirm that all designs, materials, and dimensions you provide are accurate and final.

3. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are valid for the time period stated in the quotation.

• Prices are based on the final confirmed specifications, quantities, and delivery terms.

• Changes to the project scope after confirmation may result in additional charges and revised delivery times.

4. Production and Delivery

• Production timelines are estimated upon final approval of drawings, specifications, and receipt of any required deposits.

• FRCH strives to meet delivery schedules but is not responsible for delays due to client-side issues, customs procedures, transportation delays, or force majeure events.

• Delivery terms (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.) will be clearly stated in the sales contract.

5. Quality Assurance

• All products are manufactured under strict quality control standards.

• Minor deviations in color, size, or texture due to the nature of raw materials or craftsmanship shall not constitute grounds for rejection or refund.

• FRCH provides lifetime maintenance consultation services for all completed projects.

6. Limitation of Liability

• FRCH is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

• Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order involved.

7. Confidentiality

• All project details, designs, and client information are treated as strictly confidential.

• Neither party shall disclose confidential information without prior written consent, unless legally required.

8. International Data Transfers

• Your information may be stored and processed in countries outside of your own, including China.

• We ensure that all international data transfers comply with applicable privacy regulations and are handled securely.

9. Force Majeure

• FRCH shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, labor disputes, acts of government, or transportation interruptions.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

• Any disputes arising from cooperation will be first resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the court at FRCH’s registered address for settlement.

11. Changes to These Terms

• FRCH reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Continued use of our website and services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
